Michelle Fisher
Principal, Project Manager
Ms. Fisher has been with Webster Engineering since 1992 and during her time with the company she worked on over 200 projects. She has been involved with the road design, subdivision layout, grading, 3D modeling, processing and use of LiDAR survey data and imaging. Ms. Fisher heads the drafting department and strives to streamline the process of design drawing production.
John Tynan, P.Eng
Principal, Project Engineer
Mr. Tynan has over fourteen years of experience in land development engineering and consulting, residential construction, and municipal design. His project experience ranges from small single lot Building Permit Applications to 100-lot single family and multifamily subdivisions. Mr. Tynan has managed projects from initial project feasibility through to construction.
